Provide artwork at 300 DPI minimum with transparent background. PNG format recommended. Email designs to orders@dtfsatx.com before production. Specify sizing and placement clearly.
Basic Application Process
Pre-press garment at 330°F for 5-8 seconds. Apply transfer with heat press at 338°F for 10-15 seconds at medium pressure (40-60 PSI). Cool peel backing film. Total time: 3-5 minutes per garment.
Transfer Storage
Keep transfers flat in original packaging, away from heat and humidity. Shelf life is 12+ months when stored properly.
