Our Glitter DTF transfers are printed at 1440 DPI with water-based inks, hot-melt adhesive powder, and a glitter overlay that creates eye-catching sparkle. The transfers require cold peel application at 300-320°F for 10-15 seconds, then cooling completely before peeling the film.
This differs from regular DTF's instant peel method but ensures proper glitter adhesion. The glitter effect shows best on lighter colored designs and works on cotton, polyester, blends, and performance fabrics.
Production takes 1-2 business days from file approval, with same-day shipping for orders placed by 3 PM CST via USPS Priority Mail. The soft hand-feel matches regular DTF transfers, and durability remains at 50+ wash cycles without cracking or fading.
